Balandra is one of the beaches that are further removed from the city compared to the others, but it is easy to get to and you definitely have to visit it. Make sure that the day you go is your only scheduled activity, so that you can be there all day, eat in the area, watch the sunset and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the place. As an important fact, Balandra in 2016 was named the best beach in Mexico.

Thousands of marine species inhabit this Island, therefore, it is a protected natural area. Being in this place, you will have the opportunity to see sea lions and also do diving activities in the points around the island such as: Punto lobos, islotes y el bajo.
There are different tours that take you to Espiritu Santo Island, they also offer you the experience of swimming with the whale shark. It is a wonderful experience that you cannot miss.

El Tecolote is located at the tip of the bay and is perfect for practicing extreme and different activities. Its sand is white, soft and ideal for riding a motorcycle and besides that, it’’s waves are high, so you can practice multiple water sports, get out of your comfort zone and dare to do extreme things.

Pichilingue beach is one of the closest to the city. It is ideal for camping, resting, wakeboarding and, above all, sport fishing, one of the most popular activities in Baja California Sur. Because this beach is located near the pier, it becomes the ideal spot to see the arrival of all the cruise ships.

If you want a day of total relaxation, El Tesoro beach is the one because it is very calm. And by calm we mean that the tide never rises, therefore, you will always find the average water level and its depth is ideal to hang out, chat without worries in the sea and enjoy the landscape.
